He is survived by: his wife Calma Schnirring Cook; his children, Terry Wimburn, Michelle Blanton (Mark), Joi Wolf (Brian), Richard Berger, Victor Berger (Brenda), Samuel Berger, Wesley Berger and David Cook (Constance); and his sister Betty Sue King.
