She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Lide and William Isaac; and her siblings, Mary L. Pinchback, Mary E. Odoms, Dorethea Myers, Dorothy Amaker, Jenkins Odom, Jr., Roscoe Lide, Jr. and Andre Mcknight.
She is survived by: her stepfather Roscoe Lide, Sr.; her daughter Deborah Elaine Cook-James (Demetrius); her grandchildren, Charles M. Cook, Kayla C. Robinson and Rebekah S. Harper; and her godchildren, Terrell Riley, Thearica Bright-Mickle and Isaiah Gomez. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and family and friends.
