It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Leitch Etu of Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on November 6, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Kiser Leitch and Joseph Clyde Leitch. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Kelly Stanton (Steve) and David Etu, Jr. (Tracy); her sisters, Gene Limehouse (Lawton) of Charleston and Audrey Frost of Cary, NC.; her grandsons, Jacob Stanton (Brooke), Joseph Stanton (Reese), Jackson Stanton, Will Etu and Tyler Etu; her great grandchild Rowen; and her pet Marley. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
