He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Harry Mormon and Adelaide Nette Mormon. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Pamela Mormon; his children, Sean Mormon (Faith) of Chesapeake, VA, Frank Mormon (Cheri) of Highland, NY, Ann Lotterhos (Ken) of Florida and Beth Mormon of Florida; and his grandchildren, Kaden, Eli, Sadie, Nate and Nicholas.

The family requests memorials be made to American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in honor of Mr. Joseph Thomas Mormon.
