She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny J. Jones and Velta Cozetta H. Jones; her daughter Linda Mims Rowland; her husband Robert L. Mims; her sons-in-law, Scott Chandler and James Rowland; and her siblings, Rachel Wilson, Samuel Jones and James Jones.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Kimberly Clark (Adam Boozer); her great grandchild Britney Clark; her grandson Christopher Chandler; her sister Johnnie Rosborough; and her friend Brett Wilson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Dunbar Funeral Home (3926 Devine St, Columbia, SC 29205). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
