She is survived by: her husband John Blackman III; her children, Eric Letalien and Heather Costa; her grandchildren, Michayla Costa, Sydney Letalien, Ruthie Blackman and John Blackman; her brother Ted MacDonald; her sister-in-law Shirley MacDonald; and her sister Carol MacDonald. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice that supports either cancer research or drug and alcohol treatment in Joyce's memory.
