She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Plate and Jane Plate; and her sibling Jackie Thorne. She is survived by: her brother Rick Plate; her stepsister Amy Huibregtse; her husband Lawrence Germain Pilgrim; and her son Lon Pilgrim.
