He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Sr. Jeffers (Eloise Morris) and Stephanie Jeffers. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Elkins; his siblings, Connie Staub (Edward) and Lynn Jeffcoat (Donnie); and his children, Gina McCall (Patrick), Melissa Elkins, Tina Bernier (Brandie) and Tim Bouknight. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
