The passing of Linda Schreiner Baldwin of Columbia, South Carolina, born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 20, 2024 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gwendolyn Gibson and Harold J. Schreiner; her husband Blair L. Baldwin, Sr.; her son Blair "Frazier" Baldwin (Erin) of Lancaster; and her sister Judy Lee of Orangeburg.

She is survived by: her daughter Valeria Blair Bassham (Forest) of Blair; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Baldwin of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Sarah Cochran (Sean), Jessie Hoffman (Jared), Frazier Baldwin, Riley Baldwin, Logan Baldwin, Silas Baldwin, Vess Baldwin and Elizabeth Baldwin; and her great grandchild Miles Cochran.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Andrews Presbyterian Church.

“I am so saddened by the passing of Linda. I first met her at Irmo High School when she was a teacher. Although I did not have the privilege of having her as my teacher, she was a positive role model to many of my friends. Our paths again crossed when she served as one of the Assistant Principals at Chapin Middle School. I so enjoyed learning from and serving with Linda, as she was such a delight professionally and personally. Linda left a wonderful legacy and will be deeply missed.”
