She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Miller Watson and Evalena Kerwin Watson; and her husbands, David Jacobs, Raymond Johnson and Kevin J. Steck.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles (Paula Steck) and Benjamin (Jennifer Steck); her grandchildren, Madison Steck, Harper Steck, Caden Steck and Carli Steck; and her brother Mike Watson of Aiken. She is also survived by her extended family: her adoring nieces, nephews, cousins.
A burial was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ft. Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church (125 Pendleton St SW, Aiken, SC 29801).
