She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Charles Strobel and Luella Charlotte Hoge; and her husband William F. Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Renee Kelly, John Franklin Kelly (Anita) and Brian Douglas Kelly (Christina); her grandchildren, William Jonathon Kelly, Taylor Grace Kelly and Nicholas Willard Rainey (Adrienne); and her sisters, Luella Lynch, Hazel Allen, Norma Davenport and Vivian Barnhart. She is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
