She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Blume and Janie Blume; her husband Ansel Heyward Forrest Sr.; her siblings, Maxine Able, Laura Goff, Betty Lomas, Buddy Blume, Robert Blume, Jimmy Blume and Clyde Blume; and her son-in-law Tommy Storey.
She is survived by: her children, Caroline Forrest Storey and Ansel Heyward Forrest Jr.; her sister Doris Stroman; her grandchildren, Blake Storey (Jennifer), Chandler Herrington (Lane Herrington), Mary-Katharine Storey and Emma Storey; and her great grandchildren, Hampton Macneill Herrington, Reagan Storey and Hudgens Forrest Herrington.
