It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Magdalene Bush (Columbia, South Carolina), who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ertha M. Odom and John W. Odom of Denmark; her son Angelo D. Odom; and her siblings, David Odom, Elouise O. Stevenson and Deloris Rice.
She is survived by: her close friend Ronald Moody of Columbia; her children, Priscilla A. of Denmark, Van Davis Jr. of Bamberg, Wynter L. Odom of Columbia, Monique E. Odom of Columbia and Jerome V. Odom of Columbia; and her siblings, John E. Odom of Brooklyn, Rebecca O. Powell (Elwood), Mae Ella Lawrence of Brooklyn, Loretta Ann Romey of Columbia, Charles W. Odom of Denmark, Sabrina Summers of Jacksonville, Florida and Clary Odom of Columbia. She is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
