Mary Nichols Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Mary Nichols of Columbia, South Carolina. Mary, born on August 25, 1933, passed away on August 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Mary for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rudolph William and Frances Flathmann Tollner; and her husband George Henry Nichols, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, John Nichols (Cheryl), Ruth Hopkins and James Nichols (Susan). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
