She was predeceased by: her parents, W. L. Brown and Louise Briggs Brown; her husband Robert Donald Rose (Bob); and her son Del. She is survived by: her sister JoAnn Brown Belch; and her daughter Diane Rose Carr (Curtis).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Thompson Greenlawn Memorial Park (845 Leesburg Rd, Columbia, SC 29209). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (845 Leesburg Rd, Columbia, SC 29209).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kilbourne Park Baptist Church's Women's Ministries, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the Carr Family Scholarship Fund at the Midlands Technical College Foundation.
