With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mendle Thomas Hoffman Jr. of Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Mendle Thomas Hoffman, Sr.; and his sister Tommie Ann Hoffman. He is survived by: his mother Dorethea Cameron Hoffman; and his brother William Samuel Hoffman.
