With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Jeffrey Elkins of Columbia, South Carolina, born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Elkins and Eula Hubbard Elkins; his sister Debbie Keith; and his siblings-in-law, Keith Shirley, Evan Angel, Frank Billard and Sharon Watson.

He is survived by: his wife Erin McDade Elkins; his children, Michael Kyle Elkins (Ally) and Mary Kathryn Elkins; his grandsons, Michael Titus Elkins and David Hunter Elkins; his siblings, Les Elkins (Sue), Sherry Shirley, Kim Ryan (Tom) and Kristi Weeks; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Keith (Linn Watson), Fran Burke Angel, Nancy Billard, Gail McNeelege (Glenn) and Michelle McDade. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
