It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Powers Sr. of Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on July 6, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Dewey W.; his wife Frances B. Powers; his children, Michael "Dana" Powers, Carmen Powers (Scott Dollens) of Chapin, SC and Kelly Powers of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Whitney Boul, Erica Edwards of Florida, Elizabeth Jones, Connor and Lila Powers of Lexington. He was also cherished by great grandchildren.
