He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roland Rowell and Miriam Causey Rowell; and his brothers, Kenny Rowell and Mitchell Rowell. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Cox Rowell; his children, Shaun Rowell and Tanya Rowell; his grandson Tyler Rowell; and his sister-in-law Judy Rowell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
