He was predeceased by: his siblings, George Khouri, Jr., David B. Khouri and Virginia Lynn Khouri (Randall Horne). He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Rachel Khouri Tillman (Blake) and Michael C. Khouri; and his siblings, Anna Khouri Rumsey (John), Deborah Khouri Horne, Florence Khouri Goodwyn (Wade), Joseph Khouri (Robin) and Betty Khouri. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Oliver Gospel in honor of Michael's memory.
