He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Mark (Carla) and Susan Boone (Trey); his grandchildren, David (Tiffany) and Tiffany Revolinski (Forrest); his stepgranddaughters, Jennifer and Sarah Boone; his great grandchildren, Emersyn, Reese Maupin, Miles, Sloane and Liam Revolinski; and his pet Missy.
