She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Lamphere and Courtland Lamphere; her husband Burley Wilson Johnson of Columbia; and her sisters, Ruth White and Jean Daniels.
She is survived by: her siblings, David Lamphere (Janice), Robert Lamphere (Kathryn) and Elizabeth Glanville (Charles); her children, Mark Edward Johnson, Kenneth Wade Johnson (Cindy) and Diane Johnson Scully (Mark); and her grandchildren, Ashtyn Scully, Jarryd Scully and Jessica Johnson.
