She was predeceased by: her parent Ambrosio Upano (Edilberta Franco); her husband Hermogenes Thomas, MD; her parent Edilberta Franco; and her brother Emerito Upano. She is survived by: her children, Mary Anne Hanley (Brian), Leandro Thomas, Noel Thomas (Cleo), Christine Rigdon (Lenon), Maybelle Sparks and Maylynne Wilbert (Rand); her grandchildren, Chris Hanley (Meagan), Matthew Hanley, Lauren Hanley, Sabrina Thomas, Brandon Rigdon (Kenna-Lee), Dustin Rigdon, Jacob Rigdon, Luke Sparks, Sam Sparks and Wyatt Pynkala; her great grandchild Madison Hanley; and her sisters, Violeta Reyes and Eleanor Isada.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church.
