He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Estil and Frances Wright Cinnamon of Knoxville; his wife Barbara Hill Cinnamon; and his brother Thomas Edward Cinnamon. He is survived by: his children, Philip Michael Cinnamon, Jr. (Rosa) of Washington, DC and Alicia Cinnamon Buffum (Matt) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Guy Collier Buffum, William Estil Buffum, Olivia Frances Buffum of Columbia, SC, Michael Thomas Cinnamon and Gabriela Sophia Cinnamon of Leesburg, VA.; his siblings, Elizabeth Anne Templin of Lake City and James Stephen Cinnamon (Sheila) of Knoxville; and his siblings-in-law, Edwin Franklin Hill of Kernersville, NC and Janet Church Hill of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
