He is survived by: his children, Mandi Ellis Stern (JD Stern) and Travis Ellis (Jennifer Harbin); his wife Joanna Ellis; his grandson Zack; and his siblings, Gene Anderson of Massachusetts and Betty Sheppard of Norfolk, Virginia..
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel (7600 Trenholm Rd Ext, Columbia, SC 29223). A committal service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Greenhaven Memorial Gardens (11020 Two Notch Rd, Elgin, SC 29045).
