He was predeceased by: his father Louis Scott. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Jean Harris Jefferson; his children, Randy Carter and Celeste Jones (Billy); his grandchildren, Kalaisia Harris, Sade Harris and Elijah Jones; his sisters, Betty Jean Simuel, Vivian Harris, Yvonne Sharon Gladman (Michael) and Terry Harris; his aunts, Viola Harris, Vera Woods and Claretta Harris; his uncle James (Sandra); his nephew Michael Gladman, Jr. (Vicky); his great-niece Rachel Gladman; and his great-nephew Jordan Gladman. He is also survived by other loving relatives, church family members, and caring friends.
