He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Seay, Sr. and Nell Drake Seay; and his siblings, Gloria Seay Harmon Ziemer and James Thomas Seay, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Seay Sellers of Chapin, Billy Seay of Waterloo and Mark Seay (Chris) of Forest Acres; and his brother-in-law Bob Ziemer.
