She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Louis Stipp; and her parents, Raymond Stultz and Eula Jackson Stultz. She is survived by: her children, Mark Stipp, Daniel Stipp and Maria Dawn Stipp; and her sister Janice McPike.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ft. Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sumter Baptist Temple (2295 Harper St, Sumter, SC 29153).
