He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Chandler and Ruth Stanley Peeples Chandler; and his siblings, Betty Ruth Rentz, Robert "Bobby" Miles Peeples and Rodney A. Peeples.
He is survived by: his daughter Windy Plank of Mount Pleasant; and his sister Louise Simpson of Anaheim, California..
A graveside service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Hampton Cemetery (502 Holly St E, Hampton, SC 29924).
