He was predeceased by: his parents, George Melvin and Frances Melton Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; and his children, Rick Quinn (Amy Benck), Rebecca Mustian (Ben Mustian) and Raegan Quinn Smith (Mark Smith). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
