He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Brown (Bob) and Edna Earle Burriss Nance (Teddy); and his sister-in-law Beth Nance. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Lauren Elizabeth and Robert (Desiree); his grandchildren, James, Daniel, Joshua, David and Ruth; and his brothers, Ned, Tim (Rosemary), Chris (Faye) and Pat (Carolyn). He is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (1324 Marion St, Columbia, SC 29201).
