With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Michael Dudek (Columbia, South Carolina), who passed away on June 30, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Robert Michael farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Robert Michael is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Lee J. Dudek and Anne Rohowetz Dudek; and his sister Carolyn Dudek. He is survived by: his wife Valerie James; his son Benjamin Patrick James Dudek (Elizabeth); his siblings, Thomas and Michael; and his grandchildren, Blake and Mary Claire Dudek.
