He is survived by: his parents, Perry Crouch and Lelia Byars; his wife Miriam Sheldon (Murm); his stepdaughter Alli; his sister Brittany Crouch; and his stepsiblings, Beth Hray (Trevor) and Jimmy Byars (Kelley). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
