It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Brower Sale (Columbia, South Carolina), born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Kitty Konkle (Bruce), Bob Sale and Susan Smick Holfelner (Hubert); her grandchildren, Ben Smick (Alistair), Ashley Konkle, Sam Smick (Shelby) and Austin Konkle; her great grandchildren, Miller Grace, Noah Glenn, Carson James Smick and Audrey Danielle Smick; and her sister-in-law Elaine Caudle of Winston-Salem, N. C.. She is also survived by three nieces.

Memorials may be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church or a charity of one's choice.
