He is survived by: his wife Gertrud Bohler Otto; his children, Wanita Otto Russell (James) and Roman Arthur Otto Jr.; his grandchildren, Nicholas Wilson (Deborah), Victoria Stepp (Andrew), Roman Otto III (Trey), Warner Otto and Evan Otto; his great grandchildren, Fletcher Wilson, Sebastian Stepp and Violet Stepp; and his siblings, Catherine Jarchow, Mary Andersen, Rosella Kattre, Delores Johnson and Mark Otto.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Southland Memorial Gardens (700 W Dunbar Rd, West Columbia, SC 29170).
