He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Johnson and Betty Johnson; and his sister Patricia Redmond. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Johnson; his daughters, Whitney Johnson, Jennifer Boryk (Andrew) and Katherine Seery (Eric Shormann); and his granddaughter Isobel Boryk.
