He is survived by: his wife Llawayne O. Coleman; his children, P. Christine Moore (Michael Moore), Vivian C. Clark (Jeffery Clark), Deborah C. Kester (Jay Kester), Samuel S. Coleman 3rd and Susan M. Robinson; and his grandchildren, Christian Z. Moore, Taylor C. Pierce, Austin J. Clark, Hunter S. Clark, Jake S. Kester, Gavin W. Kester, Brittni S. Coleman, Samuel S. Coleman IV and Jonathan B. Coleman. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
