He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Ray Rudolph and Carole Frances Webb Rudolph. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda D. Carlson (Lonnie) and David Rudolph (Kathy); and his nieces and nephews, Taylor Pitts (Jordan), Chad Carlson (Savannah), David C. Rudolph (Jessica) and Kaley Rudolph (Daniel).
