He is survived by: his daughter Carol; his son-in-law Steven Johnson of Carthage, NC; his son Sidney Warren; his daughter-in-law Jeanne Otey, Jr. of Pickens, SC; and his grandchildren, Stephen Johnson (Beth) of Greensboro, NC, David Johnson (Christy) of Gibsonville, NC, Jay Johnson (Holly) of Southern Pines, NC, Tabitha Crotts (Travis) of Greenville, SC and Eric Otey of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
