He is survived by: his children, Matthew Stuart Manter (Emily) of Columbia and Megan Elizabeth Manter of Lexington; his granddaughter Abigail Grace Meadows; and his brother Richard Dean Manter of Aiken, SC..
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (2648 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829).
