It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Summer Pierce Burrows (Columbia, South Carolina), who passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Virgil Pierce and Nancy Summer Pierce; her husband Michael Dane Burrows; and her nephew Thomas Little. She is survived by: her daughter Lee Clawson Black (Jeffrey) of Pickens; her sister Nancy Little of Columbia, SC; her sister-in-law Ginger Richardson (Chuck) of Georgetown, SC; and her sibling's children, Jack Dunn, Martha "Marty" Dunn, Hal Metts, Layla Metts and Jeffrey Metts.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christus Victor Lutheran Church (400 Harbison Blvd, Columbia, SC 29212).
