She was predeceased by: her parents, John Petok and Victoria Chernicky Petok; her husband Thomas William Cubelic; and her siblings, John Petok and Mary Lou Newsome.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Cubelic (Cathy), John Cubelic and Mary Anne Grant (David); her grandchildren, Cole (Katherine), Brie, John Cubelic, Barrette and Connor Grant (Alexa); and her great grandchildren, Kit and Locke Cubelic.
