He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas D. Noland and Charlie Mae Garner Noland; his wife Zella Marlow; and his sister Jerry Joye. He is survived by: his nephew J. Edward Joye, Jr. (Liz); and his nieces, Alice N. Joye and Ansley J. Mitcham (Todd).
