It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Clayton Clamp Jr. in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on May 25, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clamp and Jean Clamp; and his sister Peggy Jean Murphree. He is survived by: his wife Susan Rivers Clamp; his children, David Clamp (Deyfi), Emilia and Becky Clamp; his sisters, Gina Hansen (Cris) and Marty Broadnax; his stepgrandchildren, Chris Ross (Catherine) and Caity Ross (Jordan Janflone); Ronin and Aleena. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would suggest a donation to the Alzheimer's Association or the Parkinson's Foundation.
