He is survived by: his wife Terry Sizemore; his children, Amanda Atkinson (Aaron), DJ Davis, Ryanne Craft (Vince), Meagan Mallery (Jarod), Katelyn Murphy, Kristen Davis, Jacob Sizemore and Savannah Sizemore (Bernard); his brother James Sizemore (Esther); and his caregiver Crystal. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
