He is survived by: his wife Caroline Kohn Crump; his daughter Laura Anne Kirkland (Hank); his granddaughters, Jessica Smith (Jordan), Bailey Kirkland and Larkin (Graham Smith); his sister-in-law Pat Kohn; and his nephew Sam Cullum (Heather).
