She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Clark; her parents, Julius Mason and Dora Mae Mason; her son Dale Smith; her close friend John Chester of England; and her daschund Pepper.
She is survived by: her son Ric Smith (Sherri Smith) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Nicole Fisher, Sydney Smith, Emily Smith, Cole Smith and Angeleigha Fisher; her siblings, Kay Arrington, Faye Smith and Gene Mason; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Hensell and Gloria Bouknight. She is also survived by her great grandchildren.
