He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Ulrich Dantzler, MD and Anne Salmonsen Dantzler. He is survived by: his siblings, Anne of Chestnut Hill, MA, Malcolm (Noreen Devereaux) of Brookline, MA, Frank and John (Tamara Church) of Columbia; his nephew James Gerber (Christina) of Brookline, MA; his great-nieces, Mia and Ella; and his caregiver Leta Freeman.
