He is survived by: his wife Louise Kennedy Kinder; his children, William H. Kinder (Tammy) and Ann L. Dean (Tom); and his grandchildren, Dorothy Ann Salas (Phillip), Tommy Dean, Amanda Kinder and Laura Rulison (E. J.).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Norton Funeral Home (425 N Main St, Bishopville, SC 29010). A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229).
