She is survived by: her husband Richard D. Smith, Jr.; her children, Richard, III, David (Anne), Brian (Diane) and Nancy (Barry); her grandchildren, Will, Taylor, Zach (Jenny), Jordan (Alysa), Brittany (Derrick), Brian, Jr., Chelsea (Chris) and Cameron (Elizabeth Ann); her stepgrandchildren, Mike (Haley), Richard, Josh (Elle) and Talia (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Siggi, Kayla, Zachary, Lily, Oaklyn, Grace, Charlotte, Adler, Theodore, Carolina Rae, LeRoux, John Watson, Micah, Gwen and Harrison. She is also survived by the extended family and church friends.
